David Linton did an amazing job of walking me through the process of getting my house ready for showings and then breaking down all the offers. In one week’s time, David scheduled 18 showings and took my house to settlement with a cash buyer. I anticipated a six to eight week process going into this endeavor. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect thirteen showing on one Friday and depositing an above offer cash offer check into my bank on the following Friday. It was refreshing to work with such a young, eager and driven real estate agent.
